Payments

We have three convenient payment options, making paying for what you want easy, secure and hassle-free:

EFT/Cash Deposit

After you select the EFT/cash deposit option on checkout, we’ll send you a copy of your order and our banking details via email. Please allow up to three business days for your deposit to reach our account, where after we will immediately package and ship your order. We will notify you once your item/s have been dispatched.

Credit Card

Please note we do not store your credit card details. All credit card payments are processed by Virtual Card Services, an authorised third party.

Delivery

Please note that all deliveries have been suspended until after the National Lockdown is lifted.

We deliver nationwide (to main city hubs only) within 3-5 working days for R100.

Returns Policy

You can return any product to any of our Collection Points, provided:

  • It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
  • It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
  • It is not missing any accessories or parts.
  • You log a return through our contact centre within 7 daysof receiving the product. After 7 days, a product may only be returned if it is defective.
  • Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery/collection, please notify us within7 days.

Failure to comply with the terms of our Returns Policy may incur collection and return costs.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any point until it is dispatched from our Performance Centre. After this point, please refer to our Returns Policy for assistance.
