Trevor Naidoo

Managing Director

Trevor Naidoo is the Managing Director of Digital Generation and brings over 25 years of executive business experience to the role. Beginning his career as an entrepreneur, Trevor joined Digital Generation in 2007 and has since played a pivotal role in its growth into one of South Africa’s leading ICT companies.

Under his leadership, DG has strengthened its capabilities by combining deep industry expertise with a passion for using technology to drive customer success. Trevor is committed to cultivating a culture of trust—not only within the organisation, but also with customers, suppliers, and shareholders. His strategic mindset and innovative approach continue to shape DG’s impact in the ICT space.

Wedaad Samsodien

Operations Director

Wedaad began her 30-year career in the ICT industry with the Connection group and has been with Digital Generation for the past 25 years. She has progressed through the ranks, starting in Logistic Operations, advancing to Operations Manager, and being appointed Operations Director of Digital Generation in 2005.

Wedaad is passionate about setting strategic goals that drive both company performance and employee development, while ensuring that all aspects of the business operate efficiently and within a positive working environment.

With her expertise in project management and product life cycle management, Wedaad oversees Digital Generation’s national operations with precision, consistently exceeding customer expectations and maintaining operational excellence.

Clint Webb

Business Executive

Bringing over 17 years of dedicated service to DG customers, underpinned by more than 30 years of experience in operations, sales, and retail management.
Formally qualified in Supply Chain Management and Logistics and further strengthened by the Ledibogo Leadership Course and a diverse portfolio of certifications, including Human Recourses and various other short-term certifications.

Simphiwe Sithole

Human Resource Executive

I bring over 18 years of solid HR experience, covering a wide range of areas including payroll, learning and development, policy reviews, industrial relations (IR), and employee relations (ER). With more than five years of leadership experience, I add a versatile dynamic to the team, offering skills in customer service, business analysis, and CCMA proceedings.

I hold a certification in Business Analytics, an Honours Degree in Human Resources, and I am currently an MBA candidate. I have a deep passion for people and a strong belief that they are the true driving force behind every successful business.

Zakiya Mohamed

Digital Strategist

Zakiya is a dynamic digital strategist and true orchestrator of transformation, known for converting legacy, manual-heavy processes into cloud-native automation solutions that drive cost efficiency and reduce cycle times. With ruthless clarity and a passion for innovation, she makes it effortless for clients and partners to do business with DG—simplifying complex operations and enabling seamless transactions. Tami Morris

Customer Relations Executive

With over 30 years of experience in retail and client relations, 26 of which have been dedicated to the ICT sector at Digital Generation, Tami is committed to establishing, building, and maintaining close client relationships.

Drawing on extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience, she plays a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the transition between our sales and operations teams.

By fostering strong collaboration with clients and suppliers, Tami ensures that every detail of client requirements is seamlessly transformed into an industry-leading service delivery. Her dedication not only meets but consistently exceeds client expectations, reflecting the strong, long-term relationships she has built and nurtured with our valued clients.

Nicole Van der Haar

Nicole brings extensive experience in procurement and supplier management, with a strong focus on customer and vendor negotiations. Known for her clear and effective communication, she excels in client relations, strategic negotiation, and delivering exceptional customer service. Nicole is highly skilled at fostering collaboration across teams to support operational efficiency and long-term business success.

Stanley Aphane

Operational Executive

Stanley is a seasoned supply chain professional with over 20 years of industry experience spanning procurement, distribution, and warehousing. He holds a National Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain, along with a professional certification in Logistics.

Throughout his career, Stanley has been recognised for his innovative problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex, fast-paced operational environments. With more than a decade of leadership experience, he has successfully led high-performing teams and driven efficiency across warehousing and distribution operations. His deep expertise and strategic mindset make him a valuable asset in delivering operational excellence.

Nicole Hibbert CA (SA)

Head of Finance

Nicole Hibbert is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in 2020 after completing her studies whilst working at the University of South Africa. She has contributed to various industries in her career including media, automotive and information technology. She has been an employee of Digital Generation since October 2023 in the role of Head of Finance where she heads up the finance department, the risk department, the procurement department as well as the ERP division.

Trishnee Thumboo

Im a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree and a BCom Honours in Business Management (Cum Laude), with strong academic performance and a solid foundation in core business principles. I bring practical experience and expertise in finance and business management. My key strengths include corporate finance, strategic planning, and organizational development, with a commitment to delivering value-driven, sustainable business solutions.

Sasha-lee Hackenburg

Marketing Manager

Sasha brings over 8 years of diverse marketing experience across industries including retail, events, logistics, and agency environments. Now applying her expertise in the IT sector, she brings a fresh, strategic perspective to the Digital Generation team.

Sasha holds a degree in Marketing and Business Management, as well as an Honours degree in Strategic Management. Her strong academic foundation, combined with hands-on industry experience, positions her to drive impactful marketing initiatives and elevate DG’s brand presence. With a passion for innovation and growth, Sasha is committed to taking Digital Generation to new heights.

With over 30 years of experience in the ICT industry, I have held diverse and strategic roles including Sales Management, Financial Management, and Managing Director. These roles, combined with my interactions with industry giants, have earned me the reputation of a “Seasoned Entrepreneur.”

Over the past 20+ years, I have honed a deep mastery in Sales and Business Strategy, establishing a strong competitive edge in driving business development, revenue growth, and market expansion. My career is distinguished by a unique versatility: I bring well-rounded expertise across all functional areas of a business, enabling me to contribute to both growth and long-term sustainability.

In addition to my professional experience, I have pursued and achieved various educational qualifications to complement and reinforce my business acumen.
